José Manuel Ramos, educated in the prestigious school “La Cónsula”, specializes in
creative Mediterranean cuisine, showcasing a wide variety of traditional Andalucian
dishes on the menu. The restaurant offers a magnificent winecellar.
Located in the cozy refectory with views of the reservoir and the hotel’s gardens, it’s
