The hotel's cuisine is greatly determined by its location, rich in Mediterranean, Andalucian and international dishes. The extensive food stock of excellent, fresh ingredients from Axarquía provides us with everything from fish from the nearby Port of Caleta to the most exquisite meat, along with the traditional and subtropical vegetable gardens.
The Hotel's clientele receive an exclusive service for their diet, being served dishes from the menu with only the best ingredients and presentations worthy of the best restaurants.
In the "Los Naranjos", "Viñuela" and "El Jardín" dining rooms, the Hotel's clients as well as its visitors can enjoy delicacies from our Seasonal Menu. In the "Cafeteria", the "Al Andalus" dining room or "El Jardín," you can savor our upscale Snack Menu, ideal for lunches or lighter dinners. In the summertime we open the Alhama pool-bar, for a care-free day in which a good paella accompanied by an Andalucian Gazpacho or Ajoblanco will become the ideal pool-side complements.
