Our goal is to achieve excellence in our customer service, which allows us to put ourselves in your shoes each time we open a new facility or offer a new service at your disposition. Following, we describe in detail some of the measures we have implemented in the past few years, which are not always evident to the client:
1.- Instilling in our staff that our customer service philosophy is our main daily task. A wide, sincere smile, personalized but professional treatment, using our senses to detect the client's needs even before they realize it themselves, are our keys to your satisfaction in terms of our service.
2.- Dining as a complement to the perfect stay. We believe that if we find ourselves in a spectacular, natural environment with professional and friendly service; functional, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing facilities; and, in addition, we offer diverse dining services with high-quality products and a proper presentation, we will have met your expectations of visiting a hotel establishment.
Furthermore, few hotel establishments offer menu service for your specialized diet in addition to such long hours of available service so that your rest doesn't have to depend on our schedule, but rather, the contrary.
3.- Our facilities, officially inaugurated in June of 2007, have been designed for your comfort and well-being. Sound-proof pipes, walls with sound-proof bricks and double doors in the rooms to guarantee your rest, as well as careful attention to details such as clean rooms and common areas, and the perfect state of conservation of the garden areas.
The decoration full of contrasts and styles is intended to capture the attention of your senses and give you a feeling of improved well-being while you pass through the different spaces and nooks of the establishment.
