In 2003, the new Hotel property of Andrés Herrero and Carmen Salguero, entrusted to the Management of the establishment, incorporated General Quality Principles to guarantee client satisfaction, the loyalty of Human Resources to the company, the prestige of the company within the sector and the parallel development of our geographic and social environment.
This is how the Quality Policy of LA VIÑUELA HOTEL was born. In the past years since this business philosophy was adopted, there have been many actions taken in the following areas:
